SPECIFICATIONS

Structure:

  • RCC framed structure with suitable foundation conforming to BIS.

  • vProvision for exhaust fan, refrigerator and chimney sleeve will be provided as per architect's design.

  • Kitchen platform walls will be finished with ceramic tiles of colour and size upto 2'0'' above the cooking platform.

  • Loft will be provided only in kitchen.

Plumbing and Sanitary:

  • Sanitarywares will be EWC white colour with flush tanks as per architect's design and concept.

  • CP fittings and taps(like 2 in 1 wall diverter, spout, shower, health faucet, etc.)will be provided as per architect's design.

  • Toilet - core cuttings for plumbing lines.

Electrical and Power Backup:

  • 3 phase underground cable from the onsite transformer power supply and concealed Insulated multi strand copper wires will be provided in all apartments with individual distribution box having MCB's.

  • All apartments shall be provided with an Automatic Current Controller Limiter(ACCL) device inorder to provide power backup for lights, fan and all 5 AMPs switches and sockets only. ACCL limits is as follows: 2BHK - 600KVA, 3BHK - 700KVA.

  • Generator backup for common area, lifts and apartments.

  • All switches and sockets will be provided in metal box and modular switches with cover plates and USB sockets will be provided one number in all bedrooms.

  • 2-way switches will be provided for 1 light in each bedroom near bedside.

  • Concealed wiring for telephone will be provided in living and master bedroom.

  • One AC electrical point will be provided in the living and each bedroom.

  • DTH plug-in facility in living and master bedroom with commonly shared dish antenna's with recording facility available in the living room. Water Proofing and Anti-Termite Treatment:

  • Waterproofing treatment will be performed for all rest rooms, utility and other water storing bodies as per architect's design.

  • Common underground RCC sump of adequate capacity with Hydropneumatic system for water supply will be provided as per consultant's design.
